About Us

Marshall Real Estate & Investment Services opened officially in April of 2006. Though they are operating under a new name, this company started with more talent and experience than most.

The company's owner and CEO, Chad M. Ray, has been in the business of acquiring, rehabilitating, managing, maintaining and marketing real estate for many years. His knowledge and experience has earned him a strong position of respect in the Nashville-area real estate market. His property management firm, Marshall Property Management, was featured on the March 2006 cover of "NEWS & VIEWS," the industry magazine for the Greater Nashville Apartment Association.

Ginny Jeffrey serves as the company's Principal Broker. She brings to MREIS over 23 years of experience in the Nashville real estate market. In addition to being a real estate sales associate, Ginny has previously been a Managing Broker and a franchise sales agent for the Century 21 Real Estate Corporation. Her education in the real estate field has earned her accreditation in VIP Relocation, as a Commercial and Investment Specialist, Residential Specialist, Office and Brokerage Management, the Multi-million Dollar Club and several other industry designations. It is her belief that education and experience produces favorable results for all involved.
