Marshall Property Management officially started in 2003 as a company specializing in manufactured housing communities and has now evolved into a company diverse enough to handle the management, rehabilitation and the construction of apartments, mini-storage warehouse facilities and mobile home communities.

The company has been growing at a steady rate each year by adding value to the properties they have acquired and manage...and by recruiting the best staff in each property type. It is the company's plan to be headquartered in the Nashville market as they continue to look for growth in other markets throughout the South.

MPM was featured on the March 2006 cover of "News and Events," the industry magazine exclusively for the Greater Nashville Apartment Association. It included an article featuring the company, the staff and two of the apartment communities owned and operated by Marshall Property Management.

Marshall Property Management's owner and Chief Manager, Chad M. Ray, is a native of Nashville. Along with handling the day-to-day responsibilities of running this company and Marshall Real Estate & Investment Services, Chad is very active in serving his church, community and charities such as the Arthritis Walk, Relay for Life, the Goodlettsville Help Center and many other local needs.

Chad Ray's knowledge of investment property acquisition, management, improvement and maintenance is directly responsible for the rapid and continued growth of this company. The combined experience of the staff of Marshall Property Management exceeds over 100 years. This experience helps them to efficiently own and operate more than 627 homes and over 500 mini-storage units. It is the mission of MPM to achieve exceptionally high customer satisfaction.
